Terms of Service

FileRush lets you upload, receive, import, store, and share files from a private workspace. A file is not public merely because it exists, has a storage path, or has a vendor file code.

We may change features, limits, and availability as the product is built. Starting plan limits are not a promise of unlimited use.

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including files you store and shares you create.

Do not use FileRush to store or transmit material you do not have the right to keep or send.

You retain rights in the files you upload. We need a limited license to host, transfer, back up, and deliver those files so the service can work. We do not claim ownership of your content.

A share is a separate grant of access. You can password it, expire it, limit downloads, and revoke it. If you post a share widely, it can become effectively public.

FileRush may suspend a share or account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, and using FileRush as an anonymous dump or public warez index are not allowed.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that files will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, FileRush is not liable for lost data, lost business, or unavailability. The service is provided as available.

You may stop using FileRush at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. After closure, we may delete files and shares that belong to that workspace.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
