• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to store or share
• Using FileRush as an anonymous dump or public warez index
• Scanning, scraping, or attacking the service

You remain responsible for who can open a share. A revoked or expired share should stop new access. Do not treat a FileRush link as anonymous publication.
