Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, hashed password
• Billing details when you subscribe
• Usage meters: storage, transfer, imports
• Audit events: sign-in, share creation, revocation, and similar workspace actions
• Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and request metadata needed to operate and secure the service

File contents are stored so we can provide upload, import, preview, download, and sharing. Files are not listed in a public catalogue and are not searchable by other customers.

Access for support or abuse review is limited and logged. We do not claim we cannot access files stored on our infrastructure.

• Sell a public search of customer files
• Build uploader profiles or download-earning programs
• Sell your file contents to advertisers
• Claim end-to-end encryption or zero-knowledge storage

We use infrastructure providers for hosting, email, and payments. They process data only to provide those services. We do not allow them to use FileRush files for their own advertising.

Sign-in uses HttpOnly session cookies. We may use a small number of first-party cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on FileRush pages.

Account and audit data are kept while the workspace is open and for a limited period after closure if needed for billing, security, or legal reports. Files are deleted when you delete them or when the workspace is closed, subject to backups that expire on a short cycle.

You can update account details, revoke shares, and request account closure. For a privacy request, email privacy@filerush.net.
