Frequently asked questions

Short answers about a private workspace for files that are too large for email.

What is FileRush?

A private cloud for large files. You upload, receive, import, store, and share from one workspace. Files stay yours until you create a share.

Can people search my files?

No. There is no public catalogue, no search of other people’s files, and no uploader profile. FileRush is not a place to discover files.

How do I upload?

Sign in or create a workspace. Anonymous public upload is not part of the product. See Upload.

How do I share a file?

Create a share from the workspace. You can add a password, expiry, and download limits, and you can revoke the share immediately.

What files are allowed?

Lawful files you have the right to store or send. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed.

How do I delete a file?

Delete it from your workspace. Recipients lose access when the file or its share is removed.

Do you pay for downloads?

No. FileRush has no uploader-earnings program, no public download countdown, and no premium-speed lane for strangers.
